Responsibilities

- Assist licensed massage therapists in delivering professional massage treatments to clients
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper use of massage oils and linens
- Support the team by managing appointment schedules and ensuring timely service delivery




- Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to improve technical skills and client communication

Experience

- Currently enrolled in an accredited massage therapy program or equivalent training
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to professional standards
- Enthusiastic about learning new techniques and expanding your therapeutic expertise
