Are you the person who makes customers feel welcome the moment they enter a store? Busy Bee Tools is hiring a Lead Cashier for its new Coquitlam location. You will set the tone at the front end: warm greetings, accurate transactions and calm, practical help when customers have questions.

**What you will do**

- Greet customers, lead checkout service and process payments accurately using our Shopify point-of-sale system; training will be provided.
- Coordinate online order pickups, returns, exchanges and customer handoffs in line with store policies.
- Reconcile tills, keep records accurate, spot discrepancies and raise issues promptly.
- Help train colleagues on front-end procedures, maintain an organized checkout area and assist customers on the floor when the front end is quiet.

**What you bring**

- A genuinely friendly, patient approach and enjoyment of working with people throughout the day.
- At least one year of cashier,



customer service or retail experience; experience opening or closing a till, handling returns or guiding other cashiers is preferred.
- Close attention to numbers, payment accuracy and detail, plus confidence learning a straightforward digital POS system.
- Reliability, sound judgment and the ability to stay composed when several customers need help at once. Tool knowledge is welcome but is not required.

**Schedule :** Five scheduled days per week with two rostered days off. Weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled, is required. Planned store hours are 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
