We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient flow, and ensuring smooth clinical operations.

Duties

- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- Keep operatories, clean, organized and well stocked.




- Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental assisting techniques.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Dentrix will be an asset.
- A commitment to providing excellent patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Open to taking Saturday and Sunday shifts.
