Estate Concierge is looking for a reliable, organized and hands-on person to join our Estate Concierge team on a part-time, as-needed basis.

We help clients through moves, downsizing and estates. A large part of this position involves sorting, organizing and carefully packing household contents while keeping track of where everything needs to go.

We are looking for someone who can walk into a busy home, understand the plan, stay organized and work at a good pace.

Responsibilities

- Sort and organize household contents
- Pack carefully by category and destination
- Label and keep contents organized throughout a project
- Prepare items for moving, storage, donation, sale or disposal
- Unpack and help set up homes
- Assist with downsizing and estate projects
- Light cleaning and general household/project work as needed
- Work respectfully and professionally in clients' homes
- Follow project instructions while also being able to work independently

- Able to take direction and retain training
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying boxes and household items
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle





Professional packing experience is an asset but is not required. We are happy to train the right person in our packing methods and systems.

Experience in professional organizing, moving, downsizing, staging, cleaning or other hands-on household work would be an asset.

Position Details

Job Type: Part-time / as-needed
Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience and skills
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday daytime hours
Hours: Vary depending on projects and workload
Location: Burlington, Halton Region and surrounding areas

This position is best suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes bringing order to a busy situation and takes pride in seeing a job properly finished.

The schedule is quite flexible and can work really well around school or daycare hours. Some days may only be a few hours, while larger projects may require a full day. Hours vary depending on the projects we have underway, and we do our best to work with everyone's availability.
