RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greet Customers an answer questions and provide information in a clear and concise manner
* Answer phones, book reservations and open/close rental agreements
* Perform vehicle inspections and exchanges
* Pick up and drop off customers as needed
* Fleet Management duties
* Perform daily business tasks of an Automobile rental office
* Effectively address and resolve customer issues
*Assist other employees in maintaining a productive and pleasant working environment
* Keep working areas clean, professional and orderly
* Inputting information into computer software programs daily




* Recommending to management vehicle maintenance and fueling when required
* Familiarity with processing credit authorizations
* Wash and detail vehicles in the fleet as needed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Minimum of 1-year customer service required
* Valid Driving License with a clean driving record
* Automobile rental experience is considered a strong asset but not required
* Willing and able to work flexible shifts in support of the changing business needs
* Excellent communication skills
* Bilingual (French and English)
