Responsibilities

- Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, manicures, pedicures and makeup application with precision and care.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening carefully to client needs and customizing treatments accordingly.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Support retail sales efforts through upselling skincare products, nail care items, and beauty accessories to meet sales goals.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques,



and product innovations to provide expert advice and maintain high service standards.

Experience

- Proven experience as an aesthetician or skincare specialist in a professional setting.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, health regulations, and safety protocols in a spa or salon environment.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
