We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Allied Physiotherapy Health Group. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations. The Medical Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and take payments via Jane App
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally
- Collect patient information and payments at the front desk
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth communication and appointment flow
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and qualified at all times

Requirements





- Prior experience using Jane App is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Opportunity

- This is a part-time position
- Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
