Cardio Health is seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Medical Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, assisting patients, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and provide professional, courteous assistance
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain and update patient records and administrative information
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle general office correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and office staff
- Process routine administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Keep the reception area and office organized
- Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, reception, or administrative role is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy setting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
