Responsibilities

- Deliver professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety and comfort
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable services, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client questions or concerns
- Stay current on industry trends and new techniques to offer innovative services that keep clients excited about returning
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products and accessories that complement the services offered




- Follow all sanitation protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively
- Strong commitment to sanitation practices and maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing genuine recommendations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for helping clients find the right products is essential
