Warehouse Forklift Operator – Counterbalance & Reach

Pivotal Staffing Solutions is currently looking for experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse operation in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials and products while supporting daily warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Store and organize products in assigned locations.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Complete forklift safety inspections and report equipment issues.
- Assist with inventory checks, product verification, and general warehouse organization.
- Follow workplace safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with the warehouse team to support shipping, receiving, and daily operational needs.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.

Requirements





- Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience is an asset.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with lifting, material handling, and physical work.
- Availability to work days, afternoons, or nights.
