Are you looking for seasonal winter work? Retired or semi-retired? Clean All is hiring snow plow operators for the winter season; November through April. No experience required - training provided. Join our team as a snow plow operator, with opportunities to operate salting equipment and transition into year-round labourer work.

Requirements:

- Must have a valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
- Must be willing/able to be on call 24/7
- Must be able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed
- Must be available from November 1 2026 to April 30th 2027
- Must be able and committed to work safely in extreme weather conditions including snow, slush, ice, freezing rain, hail and sub zero temperatures

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate snow plow equipment to clear snow from commercial and residential properties
- Follow assigned routes, site instructions, and snow removal procedures




- Maintain a professional customer service approach while working on client properties
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding site conditions, equipment and work requirements
- Follow all applicable health and safety procedures
