Are you someone who likes knowing where things are, why the numbers don’t match, and how to make an inventory process run more smoothly

We’re looking for an Inventory Controller to join a growing manufacturing operation and play an important role in keeping materials, components, and finished products moving efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with inventory data and ERP systems, but also enjoys working with production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping teams to solve problems and keep things on track.

What you'll be doing

- Monitor inventory levels and help ensure materials are available when production needs them
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/inventory management system
- Complete regular cycle counts and support annual physical inventory counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and work through the root cause
- Receive and accurately record incoming materials and supplies
- Track inventory moving between warehouse, production, and shipping
- Work closely with production and purchasing to support material availability
- Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory
- Assist with forecasting and replenishment planning
- Prepare inventory reports and provide analysis to management
- Ensure inventory transactions are accurate and completed on time
- Help keep storage areas organized and inventory processes running efficiently




- Look for opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and processes
- Follow established safety and quality procedures

What we're looking for

You don't need to check every box, but we're looking for someone with:

- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a related setting
- Experience working with an ERP or inventory management system
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to investigate issues rather than simply identify them
- Experience working with production, purchasing, warehouse, or supply chain teams
- The ability to work independently while being a strong team player

A background in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is an asset.

Experience with Modula Inventory Management System or SAGE 300 would be an advantage.
