Cashier

We’re looking for a Cashier to help customers complete their purchases accurately and efficiently while providing a friendly, professional experience at the checkout.

You’ll handle transactions, answer routine questions, assist with returns and exchanges, and help keep the checkout area organized and ready for customers throughout the day.

A typical week could involve:

Processing cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
Operating the point-of-sale system and scanning customer purchases
Greeting customers and providing assistance during checkout
Answering routine questions about products, pricing, and store procedures
Handling approved returns, exchanges, and refunds
Applying discounts, promotions, coupons, or other applicable offers
Providing receipts and ensuring customers receive the correct change
Checking prices and resolving straightforward transaction discrepancies
Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and properly supplied
Assisting customers with finding products or directing them to the appropriate team member
Maintaining accurate transaction and cash-handling records
Communicating customer concerns or unusual transaction issues to management

Monday to Friday

The position is full time and on-site.



You’ll work alongside the wider retail team and receive training on the point-of-sale system, payment procedures, products, and customer service standards.

Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Location: On-site

Previous experience in cashiering, retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, food service, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, although training will be provided on our systems and procedures.

You’ll need good communication skills, attention to detail, basic math confidence, and the ability to remain professional while handling multiple customer requests.

Experience using POS systems, handling payments, processing returns, or working with cash is helpful.

Training will be provided on company systems, payment procedures, products, and customer service processes.
