As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, for efficient order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.




- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and POS systems is advantageous.
