Crown Puff is a specialty vape retailer focused on knowledgeable, friendly service and a clean, welcoming store. We help adult customers find the right devices, e-liquids and accessories, and we take our responsibility to sell legally and responsibly seriously.

What You'll Do

- Greet customers and help them find the right products
- Process sales, returns and exchanges accurately on the POS system
- Check government-issued ID for every customer who appears under 25, as required under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act
- Explain product features, flavours, nicotine strengths and basic device care
- Restock shelves, receive deliveries and help with inventory counts
- Keep the store, displays and counters clean and organized
- Open and close the store, including cash counts, when scheduled
- Follow all store policies and provincial regulations for vapour product sales

What We're Looking For

- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Retail, cashier or customer service experience is an asset, not required, and we'll train the right person
- Friendly, reliable and comfortable talking with customers
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
- Able to work a adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of vape products is a bonus
