Engineer background with experience managing several sites, someone that likes to shine and involve himself within the business, a people’s person Based in Ontario, this person will oversee the 5 manufacturing sites in Canada.

They will travel between 50-70% of the time

Bilingual (French and English) - French is an asset

Job Summary:

Manages the productivity, financial and overall performance of multiple recycling operating units. Ensures Operating Units meet and/or exceed annual objectives and successfully implement organizational initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Industrial Engineering or similar area of study or in lieu of degree,

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience

Valid Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years previous work experience (in addition to education requirements).

Available to travel 50% of the time

Pay: $150,253.70-$185,703.76 per year
