Job Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts.




- Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

Skills

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is desirable.
- Proficiency in merchandising techniques to create attractive displays.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling practices.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
