ABOUT LA COPA BY IMPERIAL

The Imperial Group, the team behind Imperial Tandoor and Agave by Imperial, is excited to introduce La Copa by Imperial, a new upscale and trendy Spanish & Mediterranean social bar coming soon to Peterborough.

Our restaurants are built around elevated hospitality, stylish experiences, and a passion for authentic cuisine. At La Copa, we will celebrate the roots and flavours of Spanish and Mediterranean cooking while reimagining traditional recipes with a modern and creative approach.

We’re looking for passionate kitchen professionals who want to be part of something new, exciting, and elevated. Join our opening team and help us create memorable dining experiences while respecting the authenticity and character of the cuisine.

WE ARE HIRING – BACK OF HOUSE

We are looking for experienced and motivated kitchen professionals for the following positions:

- Cooks / Line Cooks – Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience required.
- Pizza Makers – Minimum 1 year of pizza-making experience required.
- Dishwashers – Minimum 1 year of restaurant or kitchen experience required.
- Prep Cooks / Kitchen Prep – Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience required.
- Other Kitchen Support Roles – Previous kitchen experience required.

Experience in Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is considered an asset.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Have previous kitchen or restaurant experience relevant to the position.

- Can provide strong professional references.
