Who are we Looking for?

We are looking for someone to Lead and manage our Field Service division. The division is comprised of Industrial Electricians who provide services primarily to our companies existing customer base.

The successful candidate will manage our Field Service coordinator along with the FS Service crew.

They must be on top of all on gong service jobs and projects. Be familiar with all our Service accounts by job site visits which would entail managing crew and dealing with the customer. They will be responsible for managing job and divisional costs to maintain profitability. Although estimating is not part of the position’s portfolio, the manager will work with the division to assure profitability.

The successful candidate should have a technical background in the Electrical Field construction, knowledge of job and project-based service businesses. Attention will be given to candidates who are familiar with the Hamilton Industrial market,



who are self-motivated, team member, reliable, dependable and can excel in a technical / industrial related field.

The Successful candidate should also be proficient in basic computer skills, able to create excel and word documents and be able to create reports when necessary.

They should have a valid driver license.

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
