Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in patients with a kind, warm and professional demeanour
- Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize patients' care needs to ensure a seamless patient experience (a MUST)
- Assist with billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with patients as needed

Qualifications:

- Must be a permanent resident or a Canadian citizen currently living in Canada
- Previous experience in a medical field setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service and solid communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with medical office software (preferred, but willing to train)




- Knowledge of insurance information is a plus
- Must work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule:

- Part time must be able to work early mornings (7:00 am start)
- Able to work 10+ hours a day in a very fast-paced environment

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
