We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Review Coordinator to assist with reaching out to our existing customers and gathering authentic feedback regarding their experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing clients via phone or email to request honest feedback about completed projects.

Guide clients through the steps to submit their verified reviews directly from their own devices onto our public business profile.

Log communication statuses, client responses, and completed reviews accurately.

Ensure all outreach complies with privacy guidelines and standard customer communication practices.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor over the phone.

Highly organized with solid attention to detail.

Previous experience in customer support, client relations, or telemarketing is an asset.

Compensation:

$2.00 per completed and verified honest review submitted by a client.

Pay: $2.00-$5.00 per hour
