Join the team at 11 Motors as a Full-Time Automotive Sales Representative! We are looking for a motivated, confident, and sales-driven individual who is passionate about vehicles and enjoys working directly with customers.

In this role, you will assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process — from responding to leads and presenting vehicles to conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and following up with customers.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, COMMISSION-ONLY SALES POSITION.

Applicants must have a valid OMVIC certification and must be willing and available to work full-time dealership hours.

This is an opportunity for a motivated salesperson to build their own customer base, maximize their earning potential, and grow within a busy automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming dealership leads, phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-in customers
- Build relationships with prospective customers and understand their vehicle needs, budget, and preferences
- Present available vehicles and confidently explain features, options, and benefits
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads by phone, text, and email
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maintaining a professional customer experience
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing and financing process
- Generate recent business through prospecting, referrals, social media, and personal networking
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, appointments, follow-ups, and active customers
- Work closely with management and the finance department to complete transactions efficiently
- Build relationships with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals




- Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and newly arriving vehicles
- Maintain professional presentation and customer service standards
- Work toward individual and dealership sales targets

Requirements

- VALID OMVIC CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
- MUST BE WILLING AND AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH A 100% COMMISSION-BASED COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Automotive sales or dealership experience is preferred
- Previous retail, customer service, or commission sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Organized and capable of managing multiple customers and leads simultaneously
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable using social media and other platforms to generate business
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a dealership sales team
- Valid Ontario driver's licence preferred

Compensation

THIS POSITION IS COMMISSION ONLY.

This position is intended for motivated sales professionals who are comfortable with performance-based compensation and want the opportunity to maximize their earnings.

Pay: $44,212.76-$157,965.41 per year
