Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vinyl Decking Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality vinyl decking systems that enhance outdoor living spaces. Your expertise will help transform patios, balconies, and decks into beautiful, durable environments that meet our clients’ expectations. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of vinyl decking systems.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary substrates to ensure proper adhesion and durability.
- Measure and cut vinyl decking materials precisely using hand tools and power tools to fit designated areas.
- Install vinyl decking panels securely using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, and caulking techniques for a seamless finish.




- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient installation processes.
- Perform site inspections during and after installation to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to coordinate project timelines and specifications.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a focus on decking or exterior installations.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment.
- Knowledge of siding installation is an asset but not required.
- Robust understanding of safety procedures when operating heavy machinery or working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
