We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster sustainable growth.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation across departments.
- Manage risk assessment procedures to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investment analysis, and financial modeling to support expansion initiatives.
- Cultivate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in financing arrangements, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships.




- Provide leadership in business development efforts by analyzing market trends and identifying new revenue opportunities.

- Proven expertise in negotiation, sales, and business development with a track record of closing impactful deals.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, account reconciliation processes, and organizational skills necessary for accurate financial management.
- Strong background in risk management practices within financial services or related industries.

- Extensive experience in corporate finance activities including budgeting, investment analysis, and capital management.

Work schedule:

- Full-time: Monday-Fridays
- Mornings, Days, evenings shifts or weekend shifts based on operational requirements.
- Shift times may vary depending on business requirements.

Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
