Forklift Operator – Counterbalance / Reach Truck

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and distribution team in Calgary, Alberta.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks (Center Rider) in a warehouse or distribution environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Raymond equipment and warehouse management systems is an asset. Training will be provided on site-specific equipment and processes where required.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments.
- Receive, verify, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick bulk pallets and case orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Operate Counterbalance Forklift, Reach Truck, and Electric Pallet Jack (Center Rider).
- Use RF scanners for receiving, picking, put-away, and shipping activities.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product handling practices.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous experience operating Counterbalance Forklift,



Reach Truck, and Electric Pallet Jack (Center Rider).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environment.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to safely handle and move warehouse products and materials.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and processes, including Raymond equipment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
