Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framing Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, contributing to safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing structures. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct framing structures.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and metal framing components using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming tasks and assist with concrete finishing as needed for foundation or structural support.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing materials to complete building exteriors and interiors.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or setting large framing components.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, repairing or replacing damaged framing elements.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes,



and project specifications through diligent inspections.

Skills

- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics for accurate project execution.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery relevant to framing tasks.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry principles including woodworking techniques and concrete forming processes.
- Experience with drywall installation, siding application, and concrete finishing techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation necessary for material handling on large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt plans based on site conditions or unforeseen challenges.
