We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced RV Service Advisor to join our team.

You will be the main contact between our customers and service technicians. Your job is to understand customer needs, schedule repairs, keep customers updated, and help make sure jobs are completed properly and on time.

Main Duties

- Greet customers and understand their RV repair needs.
- Create work orders and provide repair estimates.
- Schedule jobs and assign work to technicians.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and costs.
- Find and order parts needed for repairs.
- Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving.
- Recommend repairs, maintenance, or upgrades when needed.
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments.
- Keep service records organized and accurate.
- Follow up with customers when needed.

Qualifications





- Service Advisor or dealership experience preferred.
- RV or automotive experience is an asset.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Organized and able to handle multiple jobs.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and invoicing systems.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
