Responsibilities:
- Perform residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects according to specifications and requirements
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix paints and match colors to achieve desired results
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Proficient in using hand tools and painting equipment
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
