We are seeking energetic and dedicated Production Workers to join our night shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will be hands-on with assembly, equipment operation, and quality checks, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing process. Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently during night shifts
- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet production specifications
- Utilize forklift trucks to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the warehouse or production area
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure product standards are maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery as needed
- Follow detailed work instructions and document production activities accurately

Requirements





- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required (training available)
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required
