Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from entry to checkout
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining cash handling security
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Provide knowledgeable support on merchandise, including basic product features and benefits, to aid customer decision-making
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked according to store standards
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism,

- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkouts without compromising service quality

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Multilingual capabilities are an advantage for engaging a broader customer base
- Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction accuracy, and change calculation
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems and familiarity with merchandising standards preferred
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently and politely
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism through effective time management and courteous phone etiquette
