The Role

As our Collision Estimator, you’ll be responsible for managing the repair process from start to finish, including:

- Writing and uploading accurate estimates with minimal errors.
- Communicating with customers and helping them understand the collision repair process.
- Managing estimates, insurance authorizations, parts, appointments, repairs, quality inspections, delivery, and cash-out.
- Working with major insurance companies throughout the repair process.




- Using Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems.
- Ensuring repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following all safety procedures.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of direct collision repair/body shop estimating experience.
- 1–3 years of experience with Audatex and Mitchell.
- Experience working with major insurance companies.
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced workplace.
- A self-motivated, positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
