Casa Terra Cleaning is looking for experienced, highly dependable residential cleaning subcontractors with exceptional attention to detail.

We are not looking for someone who simply works through a checklist and moves on.

We are looking for cleaners who naturally notice the things others miss —

- Notice things other cleaners commonly overlook

- Follow detailed client notes and cleaning checklists
- Communicate professionally and promptly
- Be comfortable working independently or alongside another cleaner
- Understand that consistency matters just as much as speed
- Treat every client's home with care and respect

Typical Cleaning Responsibilities

Residential cleaning may include:

- Detailed bathroom cleaning
- Kitchen cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Dusting furniture, shelving, trim and surfaces
- Cleaning mirrors and glass
- Polishing fixtures
- Removing fingerprints and marks from doors and surfaces
- Cleaning around and behind toilets
- Detailed floor edges and corners
- Baseboards when required
- Appliance exterior cleaning
- Making beds when requested




- Emptying garbage
- Following client-specific cleaning instructions
- Completing a final walkthrough before leaving the home

Before leaving a home, we expect you to inspect your own work and ask:

“If this were my home, would I be completely satisfied with this result?”

Reliability is equally important. If you accept a scheduled cleaning, we need to know we can depend on you to attend and complete the work to standard.

Requirements

- Professional residential cleaning experience strongly preferred
- Proven attention to detail
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Valid driver's licence preferred
- Smartphone and dependable communication
- Comfortable travelling throughout Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Langley and Delta
- Physically capable of residential cleaning work
- Skilled appearance and conduct
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- References may be requested

Subcontractor Opportunity

This is a subcontractor position with Casa Terra Cleaning.

We can provide consistent residential cleaning opportunities to subcontractors who demonstrate strong quality, reliability and professionalism.

Work volume may grow over time based on performance,



availability and client demand.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, reliability, availability and demonstrated cleaning ability.

Job Type: Subcontract / Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily daytime
Location: Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Langley & Delta, BC

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
