Responsibilities:

- Build rapport and trust with customers while addressing service concerns.
- Coordinate with technicians for repair details and updates.
- Conduct road tests to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs.
- Recommend additional maintenance and repair services when appropriate.
- Schedule and manage service appointments and review bookings in advance.
- Oversee valet and Uber service processes to enhance customer convenience.
- Handle fleet administration and process extended warranty claim payments.
- Estimate service and repair times to support scheduling and shop productivity.
- Work independently, managing time and workflow efficiently.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers via phone, text, and email, providing service estimates, explaining scheduling systems, and confirming payment methods (cash, warranty, insurance, etc).

What We’re Looking For:





- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain services.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive services and maintenance.
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage records and transactions.
- Ability to readily work with numbers, mathematics, and high-dollar amounts.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
