Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client's agile warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of goods within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience operating various types of forklifts—including counterbalance and clamp trucks—and be committed to maintaining safety standards while supporting overall warehouse operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized distribution process and support seamless inventory management.

7pm to 7am
7am to 7pm

Pay-$20/hr

Responsibilities

- Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
- Conduct routine inspections of forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing inventory in designated areas
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and update records accurately
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to established safety protocols




- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating forklift equipment, including counterbalance
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution procedures and inventory management systems
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory counts
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to heavy lifting and equipment operation
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) / RF Scanner .software
