THE ROLE

You’ve done this long enough to know the difference between a good shift and a great one. You don’t need someone to remind you to check on a table, suggest an add-on, or de-escalate before things get weird. You just do it, because that’s who you are.

We need that person on our floor.

You’ll own your section, move with purpose during a rush, keep guests happy, and hold the front of house to a standard you’d be proud of. The menu is fun and unique, you’ll learn it fast and sell it genuinely.

No hand-holding. No micromanaging. Just good work, good people, and a team worth showing up for.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of serving experience, this is non-negotiable
- You read rooms, not just orders
- Cool under pressure, rush hour doesn’t rattle you
- Detail-oriented without being reminded
- Legally authorized to work in Manitoba
- Friday and Saturday evenings are a must — if that doesn’t work, this isn’t the right fit




- Reliable way to get to and from work

Food Handler Certification is a bonus.
