Warman Vet Services is seeking an energetic, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Receptionist/Customer Service at our multi-branch, large animal, highly-specialized veterinary clinic. This position will require the ability to manage reception duties and administrative tasks, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Reception duties including answering phones, greeting clients and taking client orders

- Manage logistics of livestock exports

- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping and filing

- Help in the warehouse with inventory as needed

Qualifications:

- Possess a strong moral compass – honesty, integrity, responsibility, compassion

- Have a strong desire to work as a contributing member of the team

- High energy and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal
