Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Therapist / Behaviour Therapist with Valid license from Ontario. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children with developmental and behavioral challenges by implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to support children's behavioral goals
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals and maintain accurate medication records
- Provide patient care that includes supporting daily routines, social skills development, and emotional regulation




- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and other required records using medical terminology where applicable

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational, clinical, or caregiving settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of special education practices and familiarity with behavioral intervention strategies is advantageous
- Experience with data collection methods used in ABA therapy is essential for tracking progress effectively
- Ability to understand and communicate medical terminology related to patient care and behavioral health
- Comfortable administering medication following prescribed protocols under supervision when necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage children positively and work collaboratively with families and team members
