Exodus Accounting Professional Corporation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is interested in starting or continuing their career in accounting.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and will assist with day-to-day accounting operations while working with multiple clients and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations for multiple companies.
- Process and maintain accounting records, transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and other accounting activities.
- Communicate with clients regarding accounting requirements, documents, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and respond to skilled emails and other client communications.
- Organize and maintain financial records and accounting documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.




- Support the accounting team with various administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure accounting work is completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Learn and adapt to different accounting systems, processes, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Accounting experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles is required.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
