Responsibilities

- Process and verify all incoming invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with precision using accounting software.
- Process weekly payment run.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across accounts payable and related ledger entries.
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records for accounts payable and other financial transactions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Sales invoicing (interim)
- Main point of contact for walk in traffic and phones (interim)

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.




- Robust data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all financial records.
- Experience with accounts payable processes and account reconciliation techniques.
- Ability to prioritize a tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures is a plus for supporting broader finance functions.
- Excellent analysis skills to identify discrepancies or anomalies in financial data swiftly.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting tools and systems.
- Willingness to cross train in other areas of accounting as needed.

Pay: $58,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
