Job Brief

We are looking for a entry level Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Responsiblities

· Track outgoing payments

· Maintain records

· Verify expense reports

· Maintain petty cash

· Track and pay sales and use tax

· Pay vendors and service providers

· Reconcile statements and payment records

· Ensure payment credits are applied correctly

· Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments

· Analyze accounts

· Prepare reports

· Streamline the payment process

· Assist with audits

Requirements and Skills

· Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

· Working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk is an asset





· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to speak in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

· Proficiency in MS Office

Wages: Start from CA$17.95 per hour, depending on experiences & skills

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm
