We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, calenders,records, and files.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets and databases.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other activities as required.
- Prepare emails, letters, reports, forms, and other correspondence.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks, requests, and correspondence.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other contacts.
- Assist with preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate general office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and provide support to management and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.




- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- Qualified attitude with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or mortgage-related administration is considered an asset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
