As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications: Knowledge of and successful completion of Medical Terminology is required. Well-developed time-management skill. Ability to remain focused in stressful acute patient situations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to communicate effectively to others, both verbally and in writing. Ability to prioritize work and effectively cope with frequent interruptions, noise, and other nearby distractions.
Basic typing and computer skills are required. Ability to work as a team member and to request and accept direction as required.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Addiction and Mental health, basic knowledge of Psychiatric terminology preferred. Proficient user of Windows based applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
