Reporting to and working closely with the Workforce Consultant at the Calgary site, this position plays a key role in workforce management and operational support for the Health Link Workforce Team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the scheduling and staffing needs of approximately 600 employees as part of the Workforce Team, working closely with Staff Scheduling and Infor WFM MySchedule to manage schedules, timekeeping, and payroll. You may also provide support for recruitment activities, which may include work within RMS. Your strong working knowledge of AHS systems (or PCA, RA, etc.), along with your comfort navigating multiple computer systems and applications, will help you meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential, as you’ll be balancing multiple competing demands in a dynamic environment. This position is based on-site in the office; remote work is not available.

Required Qualifications: Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications: A minimum of two years of recent experience in an office setting within the last three years is required. A minimum of one year of recent experience using Infor WFM in a timekeeping or scheduling role is also required, with this experience obtained within the last two years. Candidates must have recent experience supporting scheduling or timekeeping for multiple union groups and be able to demonstrate knowledge and competency in all of the areas listed above.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of timekeeping and/or scheduling processes with a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills, including identifying errors and proposing solutions.
Experience with RMS. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining efficiency and accuracy under pressure. Solid interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and manipulating data.
