Administrator/Property Manager Position Opening: (Maternity Leave)

Wellingstone Christian Home is a registered non-profit, independent living, seniors’ residence located in Hamilton, Ontario. The Board of Directors is searching for an Administrator/Property Manager to fill an upcoming vacancy due to a maternity leave. The start date of this position is on or about January 4, 2027.

This position is 32 hours per week over four or five days per week with flexibility in daytime hours. The ideal applicant will have the following education, experience, and qualifications:

- Community college degree/certificate in accounting and/or business administration
- 1-3 years minimum work experience in accounting /bookkeeping, property and contractor management,



and ongoing issues resolution with a large number of enterprise Stakeholders.
- A self starter, with the ability to work independently with a minimum degree of Supervision
- Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must agree with the Christian principles as found on the Wellingstone Christian Home Website
