We are seeking an Advisor, Selection and Management of External Consultants within the Product Development Centre of Expertise. Reporting to the Manager of Support Services, you will play a key role in the planning, recruitment, and operational management of consultants supporting our engineering teams.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Coordinate and participate in selecting top talent (resume screening, shortlisting, interviews, etc.) and onboard them into the teams.
- Administer the full accounting cycle (purchase orders, invoice processing, client recharges, etc.).
- Build strong collaborative relationships with our business partners, engineering team managers, and various related departments such as HR and Procurement.
- Collaborate with product development teams and business units to track and plan resources according to organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain effective tracking tools and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Propose process improvement and optimization ideas, analyze their impact, and implement selected solutions.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

- College diploma or university degree, and/or relevant experience related to the position.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple business partners.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service experience to internal teams.
