We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a passion for the beauty industry and a robust background in Aesthetic Services and strong customer service. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on beauty services and products
- Conduct in-depth consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on non-invasive laser treatments and wellness treatments
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Educate clients on services, treatment options, and expected outcomes
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized client pipeline
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experience
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Qualifications

- Proven sales experience (aesthetic/medical industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness




- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales confidently
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor

Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of Aesthetic sales experience
- Fair knowledge of laser and aesthetic services- Strong knowledge of Botox injections and dermal filler treatments- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Compensation: $24-$26/hour plus 10% commission sales which would equate to $120,000 - $130,000

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
