One2One Studio is looking for a passionate and experienced Aesthetician to join our dynamic team at our well-established spa. We are focused on exceptional service, personalized treatments and creating a beautiful experience for every client.

We are looking for someone who loves the beauty industry, is eager to continue learning and growing, and works well as part of a team.

Must be able to perform the following services:

FACE TREATMENTS

- Assess clients’ skin conditions, concerns and treatment goals
- Recommend appropriate treatments based on individual skin needs
- Perform a wide range of professional facial treatments, including customized facials, deep cleansing treatments, exfoliation, extractions, masks, massage and advanced treatment techniques
- Follow established treatment protocols while confidently personalizing services to each client
- Provide clients with appropriate home-care recommendations

WAXING





- Perform full face and body waxing
- Assess the client’s skin and select the appropriate wax and technique
- Shape and maintain brows

LASER TREATMENTS

- Previous hands-on experience performing professional laser treatments is required
- Experience with both laser hair removal and skin-focused laser treatments
- Confident assessing clients and determining appropriate treatment settings and protocols
- Able to follow laser safety standards and treatment procedures
- Comfortable educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Aesthetician
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, qualified approach with clients
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain a clientele
- Team-oriented, dependable and willing to learn and grow
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary treatment area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
