We are looking for a professional and dedicated Aesthetician to join our team. The successful candidate should have a keen interest in skincare and a desire to excel in a dynamic spa environment. You will be providing a variety of aesthetic services tailored to meet our clients' individual skincare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skin assessments to determine suitable treatments.
- Deliver aesthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest in skincare technology and techniques.
- Educate clients on effective skincare routines and recommend products that suit their skin types.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Manage client records with utmost confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a superior client experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain skills and licensure.
- Help drive sales of spa products through knowledgeable recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Must hold a valid CANS license
- Professional demeanor with a passion for skincare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to delivering high-quality customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
