Looking to Hire an experienced mature operator to plow snow with a 100+HP agricultural tractor and plow.

Most shifts are from 12 am - 8 am but on call shifts also occur as weather dictates.

Must be able to get to tractor parked on various sites in Kitchener - Waterloo (Some flexibility on Location).

Must have experience and be able to demonstrate protected operation of tractor and plow.

Must be willing to work on call including nights, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work on your own with support from manager.

Must be able to track job details on a user friendly mobile app or paper billing sheet. Training provided.

Must be able to manage time to complete all snow clearing operations by set deadline.

Travel throughout Kitchener - Waterloo.

Looking for a motivated individual that is willing to work hard and shows up when needed.

Willing to negotiate pay and hours based on experience and availability.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
