NOUS EMBAUCHONS – AIDE À LA PRODUCTION EN BOULANGERIE-PÂTISSERIE

Nous recherchons une personne motivée pour assister nos équipes de boulangerie et de pâtisserie.

Aucune expérience ni formation professionnelle n’est exigée. La formation sera offerte sur place. Nous cherchons surtout une personne fiable, dynamique, qui aime travailler avec les aliments et qui souhaite apprendre.

Horaire

- Du mardi au samedi
- Début à 6 h
- Fin entre 12 h et 14 h, selon les besoins de la production
- Possibilité de travailler à temps partiel ou à temps plein

Principales responsabilités :
- Emballer et préparer les commandes
- Peser les ingrédients et préparer les recettes
- Préparer les ingrédients nécessaires à la production du pain
- Utiliser l’équipement professionnel de boulangerie
- Mettre les produits au four et surveiller la cuisson
- Aider les départements de boulangerie et de pâtisserie
- Garder l’espace de travail propre et bien organisé

La majorité du travail est effectuée à l’aide d’équipement professionnel. Nous recherchons une personne ponctuelle, travaillante, débrouillarde et désireuse d’apprendre. Lieu : Saint-Léonard

Italia Bakery is looking for a motivated person to assist our bread and pastry production teams.

No experience or formal training is required—we will teach you! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with food, is interested in learning and is reliable and ready to work.

Schedule

- Tuesday to Saturday Starting at 6:00 a.m. Finishing between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m., depending on production needs Part-time or full-time opportunity

Responsibilities include:
- Packing and preparing orders
- Weighing ingredients and preparing recipes
- Preparing ingredients and tasks for bread production
- Using professional bread and bakery equipment
- Placing products in the ovens and monitoring baking
- Assisting both the bread and pastry departments
- Keeping the work area clean and organized

Most production is completed using professional bakery equipment, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, comfortable working in a busy kitchen and excited to learn!
